Bansko is the all new Bulgarian ski resort.

The town of Bansko is located at 925 m. above sea level, and its skiing area is on 2000-2500 m above sea level.

Average tempture in January being the coldest month is approx -1.9°C, providing a snow coverage of 2 metres thick.

Skiing season runs from December to mid April.

The Pirin Mountains cater for all types of skiers from beginners, sports or extreme, it is approx 20 mins Gondala ride to the ski slopes.

There is also 176 crystal blue lakes.
