Villa Miranda is a cosy, 3-bedrooms villa with private pool and children section, built and equipped to meet all the rental standards. The villa is located in a quiet village just between the enchanting costal town of Balchik and the newly developing golf-courses between Balchik and Kavarna towns. The villa's location by itself offers great proximity to the golf riviera in Bulgaria and the endless beaches on the North Black sea coast, where guests could discover still unspoilt, romantic bays and would be enchanted by the pleasure of the titillating ripples on barefoot.
Built in 2006 year, the villa welcomes its first guests in the early beginning of the summer season 2007 with its cosy and modern facilities. Spread out on 2 floors, this charming holiday home, offers to its guests a spacious living area, which combines a kitchen and living room with direct approach to the huge private garden with pool in front. The kitchen itself is well equiped with a sink, extractor, oven, toaster, electric hobs, microwave, device for boiling water, coffee machine, refrigerator and a washing machine and provides all the comfort for a family vacation in a quiet village area. In the living room there are a diner table with 6 seats, a comfortable sofa with coffee table and a TV corner with more than 300 Satellite channels and DVD. Apart from the living area, on the ground floor guests will find a twin bedroom and a shower room with combined WC. On the first floor are a double bedroom, another twin bedroom and a bathroom located.
Notes: Satellite TV available only in the ground floor living room. Fully air-conditioning villa.
Changeover day: Saturday. Flexible during the mid, low and off seasons.
