This is your property ?

Overview

Situated on a white rocked hillside, this property is elevated above most of the villas within the area and as such offers breathtaking views over the Black sea coast, even when you are in the pool!
These two villas both have three comfortable sized bedrooms, with the master bedrooms offering en-suite facilities with showers, along with patio doors leading to balconies with, that’s right that splendid view again. Both villas also have separate toilets and shower rooms, air conditioned living areas, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, dining area, a new galley style kitchen featuring a wide range of amenities including a cooker, a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The villas are set within their own enclosed private garden with traditional Bulgarian outdoor seating and BBQ areas. The new swimming pool is set to the side of the villas and offers ample room for sitting, relaxing, or just plain old sunbathing around the pool.
This rental accommodation is ideal for those holidaymakers who prefer the solitude and relaxation of country life, but also in contrast a short distance drive from the beautiful beaches of Balchik and exclusive beach resort of Albena.
The villas have good secure parking; car hire is recommended as, like most properties in this area, the villas are on a fairly steep hill and the road is only partly surfaced. If you are walking back at night it is a good idea to carry a torch.
Should you decide to rent a car for your stay, all of the following can be reached within a maximum of 45 minutes from the villa. Traffic in this part of the Black Sea coast is very light and traffic jams are unheard of. (Pride Rentals can supply you with details of very good car-hire rates).
Special Offers and discounts are also available if you require one of the two villas, or if you plan to stay a number of weeks, for more information please complete to enquire/ book with your details.

Location & area

BALCHIK
10 minutes. Balchik town is a traditional Bulgarian town by the sea and will give you an insight into the real Bulgaria! A picturesque old town nestling below weathered white-chalk cliffs and home to the Summer Palace of Queen Marie - a collection of laneways, watermills and glorious gardens. Balchik is a must see town and definitely worth a visit in the evenings too.

DOBRICH
25 minutes. Renowned for both its arts and crafts and the quality of the agricultural produce grown in the surrounding fertile plain. Being a genuine working town, prices in Dobrich are reckoned to be amongst the lowest in Bulgaria. The town center is peppered with cafes and restaurants offering good quality fare at amazingly low prices. Old Dobrich is a small open-air museum located in the center and houses about 30 workshops where craftsmen practice their skills. You can see workshops for pottery, furriery, traditional costumes, traditional instruments; woodcarving, coppersmiths, goldsmiths and many more.

KALIAKRA CAPE
35 minutes. Part of the Kaliakra (meaning beautiful) nature reserve, the cape stretches 2km deep into the sea and consists of 60-70m-high limestone rocks, the inaccessibility of which was the main reason for the construction of an ancient fortress used successively by Tracians, Romans and Byzantines, the remains of which can be seen today. The cape was declared a protected area in 1941 and is a wonderful place to watch dolphins and seals whilst further inland the wetlands are home to over 300 species of birds.

Now moving on to the south of the villas

ALBENA
5 minutes. Albena is a purpose built resort which has a reputation for being more up-market and architecturally inventive than the other Black Sea resorts, and is probably the most efficiently run and the cleanest. It is also the most expensive, despite this you will still find that the prices are very reasonable by European standards. The resort is rich in tennis courts, swimming pools, and children’s playgrounds and tourists can rent bikes, cars, waterwheels and jets, or even saddle up and take a horse ride.

GOLDEN SANDS
30 minutes. Famous for its nice golden sand and long beaches, this is the largest resort on the Northern Black Sea coast, with richly wooded hills and clear blue sea. Golden Sands has wonderful conditions for recreation, entertainment, sport and spa treatment. It is a paradise for children and has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag prize several times.

VARNA
45 minutes away. Bulgarian second largest city and possibly its most atmospheric. It offers a fabulous beach separated from the city by a wooded seaside park bursting with people and festivals throughout the summer and a wonderful place for evening strolls. In the park you will find the Natural History Museum and an Aquarium, introducing the plant and animal life of the coast, as well as a Dolphinarium. The city itself boasts numerous bars, cafes and restaurants offering everything from Mcdonalds to 5-star cuisine. Shopping in Varna is superb too with leather goods, shoes and embroidery amongst the best buys.
