Completed December 2006 the apartment is 500m from the Europasport Ski region cable car accessing the Schmittenhohe mountain, and a 36 hole golf course.
The large south facing terrace provides stunning views of the Kitzeinhorn, perfect for relaxing. It is ideal for winter or summer holidays with the possibility of touring by train or car, walking and mountain biking from the front door, sailing and windsurfing on the Zeller Lake.
The apartment comprises one double bedroom, a 2 bunk room, bathroom with shower, and open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with double sofa bed. There is underfloor heating throughout.Changeover day is normally Saturday. During peak periods bookings are taken on a weekly basis. At other times, and for last minute rentals, shorter periods can be arranged.
