Beautiful NON-SMOKING studio apartments with large sleeping-livingroom, kitchen, bath and WC.

There is 1 queen size bed (double) + one single bed available.

All apartments have central heating, full equipped kitchens, ceiling-fans, roomsafes, stereo & bigscreen Sat-TV.

Iron & ironing-board, cot and highchairs available.

There is also a washing-machine available for free.

Private parking is available for free inside the courtyard of our house.

Iron and ironing-board are provided in every apartment. A guest washing machine (free of charge) is available in our house.

DVD player and cellphone rental on request.

All apartments have broadband internet access via Wireless LAN.

Our house is situated in really good location, where you have public tranports and shopping within a real "1 minute walk" like bakery, bank, two supermarkets,
pharmacy and diverse restaurants, "Heurige" & Cafes.

Underground U6 and S-trains S1, S2, S3, S7 & S15 can conveniently be reached in exact 3 minutes by bus. Two busstops and a taxiplace just 1/2 minute walk.

All Viennese sights can conveniently be reached with public transport from our house.
