The apartment is situated in a comfortable apartment house. The south-oriented flat is very bright, modern and fully equipped, the three large windows show in a quiet dead end street (MÜhlgasse) with no through traffic.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
Baby cot on request free of charge.
No smoking apartment.

A cozy and comfortable living/bedroom with comfortable double bed (180 x 200), wardrobe, sofa, dining table with 2 chairs. For your entertainment, a new LCD flat screen TV, a modern satellite facility for the reception of "ASTRA" AND "EUTELSAT" (!) with a huge number of European and international programs,Radio and WLAN Internet connection.

Kitchen:
Very functional kitchen with double hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and all necessary utensils.

Bath:
Bathtub with extra comfortable shower partition and a mirrored bathroom cabinet.

The toilet is separated in a extra room.

In the basement of the House is also a large bicycle storage room available. And Washing machine for your laundry.
