Overview

The new, spacious Holiday Apartment is situated in a beautiful Vienna old town building of the late 19th century. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and at the same time offers easy access to all facilities needed (shopping, sights, public transport, train station, banks). The Stadtnest Bed & Breakfast is within 3 minutes walking distance. The city centre St. Stephan's is 4 stops by underground (about 1min per stop).

Prices depend on number of persons accommodated (Euro 90 for 1-2 persons, Euro 128 for 3 persons, Euro 148 for 4 persons).

The apartment consists of one bed- cum living room with big double bed and lounge area, one smaller bed room with two single beds (which will stay closed off in case the apartment is rented for two persons only), a fully functional kitchen, one bathroom with tub and integrated shower facilities, one separate WC, an entrance area with dining corner.

Facilities: free Internet access (incl WLAN), cable TV, DVD, fully functional kitchen, room safe, fan, hair dryer.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
