Enjoy a spacious 22sqm sun-terrace garden chairs and a sun-lounger joined to this apartment. The ambient and furniture in the apartment is held in real-wood (pear- and nut-wood) and cream colors . All bedroom - windows can be totally blacked-out for a rest whenever needed.
The apartment is centrally located in a unique location and infra structure at the beginning of the famous 'Wiener Naschmarkt', the popular, culinary boarder to the first district about 4 min. walk to the Vienna State Opera and 'K'rtnerstra'e' (the main shopping mall in the first district) within 3 min. walk to the subways U1,U2, U4 (Karlsplatz) and about 350m per foot to the museums-quarter and the largest shopping-mall in 'Mariahilferstrasse'. A well equipped Billa supermarket is located in the same building. You will also find a big fresh-food market with organic food, bakeries and lots of very good, budget restaurants right across the street!
