Our newly renovated apartment is located on the 3rd floor (elevator) of a quiet building in the centre of Vienna.
Our 46 m², fully furnished sunny city apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and is laid out as follows: entrance, fully equipped kitchenette, living/dining room with couch (double bed) and dining table, , one large double bedroom with a working area and unlimited internet access, TV, DVD Player, cable TV, extra single bed , bathroom with a toilet and .

The living room: has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two persons), dining table for 4, radio

Bedroom: has a large double bed, spacious wardrobe and bed linen. Cable TV, DVD, working area with unlimited Internet, extra single bed

The kitchenette: is fully equipped including electric oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, coffee making machine, cooking utensils and all necessary table ware and kitchen ware.

Bathroom: Has Bathtub, wash basin, WC, hair dryer and towels. Iron/ironing board and other amenities are all provided
Amenities: TV, Cable TV, DVD Player and DVDs, Full Kitchen, towels and bed linen unlimited Internet
The apartment is located on the residential street Margaretenstrasse in the fifth district and is within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes) from the famous Viennese Opera, the museums, the Sacher Hotel and the very centre of Vienna. Right next to the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The famous shopping street, Mariahilferstrasse is only a 10 Minutes walk away.
The next subway station (U4 Margaretengürtel) is only a 1 minute walk away and the metro take you to the centre in only 2 stations. There also 2 tram stations (6 and 18) only steps away.
