Overview

The Belvedere Studio is a newly renovated studio apartment for up to four people, located just minutes from the centre of Vienna. Staying here, you'll have the best of both worlds; the quietness of the area in which the apartment is found, and a great location within walking distance of the city centre, the Botanical Gardens, Belvedere Palace, the Austrian Art Gallery, Schwarzenbergplatz and Ringstrasse. To get to Belvedere Palace from the apartment, you just cut through the beautiful Botanical Gardens, which is free to enter. You will find the apartment easy to get to, whether you are coming from the airport, motorway or train station. The fully furnished studio is located on the 6th floor of the building with a lift, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Vienna. It consists of a living/bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed; a new kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and more; and a bathroom with underfloor heating, which is where you can find the washing machine/tumble dryer. In the apartment you will find a hair-dryer, as well as towels and sheets. The price does not include breakfast.

A deposit of 150 Euro will guarantee your booking and will be paid back at the end. Final cleaning is 30 Euro extra.
