Sunny,quiet 3 room apartment (60qm) located in the fourth elevator floor of a totally new renovated house. This apartment was opened up in December 2007. It features two separate sleeping rooms, one living- dining room, one bathroom and one toilet. This unit can accommodate up to six persons. Decorated in real-wood oak furniture and cream and blue colors. All windows feature total black-out shutters for rest whenever needed. You will also find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceran cooking-fields, refrigerator, microwave, mixer, toaster, coffee - machine etc. for to prepare your own food.
The apartment is perfectly located 200m from the first district (about 15 min walk from the very centre at Stephansplatz) and 150m from the Vienna City Terminal: city-airport-train, subways U3/U4 and some local city trains.
