Overview

This charming Apartment is centrally located in the heart of Vienna next to Vienna's favorite shopping mile, the fashionable Mariahilfer Strasse. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops boutiques and bars.

We offer all our guests a quiet and comfortable atmosphere with the view into a little courtyard, but at the same time a fantastic location, most attractions are walking distance.

It's location, also close to the subway station (U3) and bus station (13A), offers the ideal starting point for every visitor to Vienna. The Mariahilfer-Strasse is reachable within 2 walking minutes.

By U3 you're within 3 minutes (2 stops) in the historical part of the City (the first district) with all it's historical buildings and sights.

The apartment with balcony is newly renovated and consists of one room (bed&livingroom) with comfortable contemporary furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with and a very nice and cosy dining place.
