The first bedroom has a large double bed with a sitting area having a sofa (which could also be used as bed for two guests), and wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
Bathrooms Has Bathtub and Shower, wash basin, WC, Washer/Dryer, Hair dryer and towels.
Living Rooms Has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two guests), dining table for 6, a coffee table, arm chairs, Cable TV, Stereo System and a telephone. The 24 hour broad band Internet access is provided free of charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware.

Underground line (Metro) "U4" Station (Friedensbrucke) and tram D, and Fraz Joseph Bahnhof ( Franz JosephTrain Station ) are located only within 100 meters from the building. You can reach all points of interest in Vienna within 5 to 10 minutes by public transport.



Stephansplatz (the city center) and many other sightseeing places and cultural centers are within 10 minutes ride with U-bahn.
