Our modern apartment is located on the 4th floor (elevator) of a quiet building in the centre of Vienna. The 49 m², fully furnished luxurious city apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is laid out as follows: entrance hall, fully equipped living kitchen, large living/sleeping room with large TV, cable TV, with working area and unlimited internet access, bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine and a separate WC. Final cleaning, towels and linen are all included.

Right next to the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The famous shopping street, Mariahilferstrasse and the Naschmarkt are also only a 10 minute walk away.
The next subway station (U4 Margaretengurtel) is only a 1 minute walk away and the metro takes you to the centre in only 3 stations. There also 2 tram stations (6 and 18) only steps away.
