Luxurious new chalet, located in the River Mur valley in the sunny heart of Austria - a fabulous base for winter and summer holidays!

The Shower room also has under floor heating.

Dining Area with dining table, benches and chairs
Feature gas fire supplying the heating for the whole chalet it is well insulated!
Seating Area with satellite TV and CD/DVD with surround sound. The settee does convert into a bed settee if required.
Door leading into newly built conservatory, to allow the adults to escape!

2 double Bedrooms with storage and frost radiators
1 Bedroom with 1 single bed which has a pullout bed underneath converting into a double bed, with plenty of wardrobe and shelf space and frost radiator.
Upstairs Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, toilet and sink. The Bathroom also has under floor heating.
