The apartment is situated approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre of Seeboden which contains bars, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a wine tavern, tourist office, petrol stations and konditories (wonderful cake and coffee shops).



It is next to walking, cross country sking and cycle trails and only 10 to 15 minutes walk (5 mins. by car) from Lake Millstatt.
Within an hours drive you can visit many more beautiful mountains, lakes and historic towns as well as Italy and Slovenia.
