Overview

Haus Patricia has a reputation for high quality accommodation and service. Our 7 rooms are all ensuite. Situated in a cul-d-sac about 400m from the town centre, flat walking. We are close to all the facilities but still in a quiet location to give you the rest you need. The bus stops are about 150m and the nursery slope is around 200m away.We serve an extended buffet breakfast often including sausage, bacon & eggs. A small lounge and bar is open in the evenings to help you relax.For the comfort of our guests Haus Patricia is a NO SMOKING house.In the summer fantastic walks and bike rides can be made directly from the house and in winter you can enjoy great skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, Kaprun and Zell am See ski areas. All rooms are en-suite with shower some also have a bath. Rooms are large and equipped with cable TV some also have a DVD player.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.

Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
