Haus Luisa is an Austrian chalet set in a beautiful location with amazing views and just 10 minutes walk from Kaprun village centre. The ski bus runs just 50 metres from the front door and with over 180 km of skiing within 15 minutes transfer it is a perfect base location. The Maiskogel Ski Lift is just 5 minutes transfer away. It is also ideal for a summer holiday with fantastic facilities locally including riding, swimming, mountain biking, walking and the glacier ski resort with all year round skiing. Zell am See is just 3 miles away with the beautiful lake and sport activities and typically Austrian town centre.
