This is a large studio App. with a large balcony and mountain views.(smoking ONLY on balcony)Situated on third floor with no lift so possibly not suitable for disabled. It has two single beds (area separated with curtains) and a double pullout sofa and single pullout chair. There is a Tv with Dvd and selection of Dvd's.
Close to town centre and miles of cycle paths. There is all year Skiing on the magnificent Kitsteinhorn Glacier which overlooks Kaprun. All levels of Skiing/Snowboarding is posible in and around Kaprun. Breathtaking scenery. Nearby is Zell am See with its clear lake for swimming and other activities.
