The 72 sq m. apartment, with a further 17 sq m. balcony, is privately owned by an English family and is available for rental throughout the year.The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six adults. There is also underground parking and a ski garage. The town centre and ski buses are a few minutes walk away. The local Hallenbad (sports centre) is even closer and offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa pool, sauna, solarium and massage.The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-storey development within a few minutes' walk of the ski-bus, ski-lifts and village centre.Accessed by a lift or staircase, the apartment has a spacious lounge/dining room, entrance hall, two double bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two singles), kitchen area, bathroom with separate shower and bath, separate WC, cloakroom and a large balcony overlooking the mountains. The lounge has a double bed settee. The dining table seats six people. There is an underground car-park and basement ski garage.The apartment is equipped with cable TV, a DVD player and a broadband internet connection. The kitchen has an oven, grill, hob, refrigerator and dishwasher. In the basement there is a coin operated washing machine and tumble drier (cost not included).Prices shown are for up to 4 people sharing. Additional supplements apply if there are 5 or 6 guests.Electricity, heating and final cleaning are all included in the price, as are bed linen and towels.The apartment is non-smoking and we regret that pets are not-permitted.
