Gasthof Schermann is situated between Villach and Hermagor on the B111, surrounded by mountains and lakes.
Gasthof Schermann has been recently reopened and renovated by the new English owners Cossey and Steele. Built in the late 19th century when guests would be transferred by horse and cart to the local train station, Also having been an English base for commanders between 1945-1955 this Gasthof has been well visited by travellers in the area.
