The flat is a top floor corner flat with a large balcony.
The flat has 1 bedroom with a double bed, lounge/dining room with sofa/double bed, kitchen, bathroom & storage room. Very large balcony. It is a fully equipped flat for self catering with TV, XBOX, Stereo & Barbecue. The block has a lift.
For the 2009/2010 Winter Saturday 27.02.10.
For dates after this through to 13 March 10 I can offer at apprx Eur 560 for 2 people per week. And after this date at Eur 450 for 2 people per week. For 3/4 people it is an extra Eur 70 per person.
The flat manager lives in the same block of flats and speaks fluent German, English and Spanish.

The flat is located about 3/4 minutes drive from the centre of Bad Gastein (alternatively a 10 minute walk along the footpath or a quick bus ride from the centre).
The flat looks up onto the Graukogel mountain and down the valley to Bad Hofgastein. In addition to the Graukogel runs (site of 1958 World Cup) there are 4 main skiing areas in the Gasteinertal valley. The main Bad Gastein Ski lift is a few minutes drive from the flat, the others are all within 15 minutes drive and all serviced by an efficient bus service.
It is easily possible to get to the various ski area's by the bus service as there is a bus stop 1 minute walk from the flat however I find it helps to have a car so I would recommend hiring a car.
