Lovely studio in a newly restored building set on a quiet street where the Mayor has got his office (meaning also security 24 h) and is also home to the oldest church "La Merced" and it's convent right next door - hence the name of the building "P.H. La Merced".

If you like tranquility this is the perfect "pied à terre" as the studio overlooks the internal patio but with views on other buildings which are not restored yet so you get a glimpse of the authentic life of the real Casco's inhabitants.
