Overview

living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom with wc, laundry on terrace, for a total of 50 sqm. The bathroom and terrace have a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains.
Very large terrace on the roof of the building which includes 4 apartments only. It is usuale to see monkeys from the terrace.


Location: Tamarindo (less than 1 hour from Liberia International Airport). You are not at a walking distance of the beach which is situated at only some minutes by car or bus. But the advantage is it’s really a quiet and secure area where you can sleep well.

- May-Jun & Sep-Nov .. $250/week for 1-2 guests .. $300/week for 3-4 guests
- Jul-Aug & Dec-Apr .. $350/week for 1-2 guests .. $400/week for 3-4 guests
- Christmas, New Year's and Easter ... $500/week

A 50% deposit (wire transfer or PayPal) is required to book your reservation.Final payment needs to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
