The living room has a built-in entertainment center witch includes 52'' big screen t.v. surround sound, CD, DVD, cable t.v. and stereo system with in-house and balcony speakers . Each room on this level provides excellent ocean views overlooking Tamarindo Bay, Playa Grande and surrounding mountains.



One of the unique features of this home is the second floor covered balcony which wraps around the entire front of the house. A tiled 10 person Jacuzzi with infinity edge overlooking the bay greets you upon entering the balcony. Then the views take over.
