La Casita del Rio, a rustic custom made wooden cottage, located in a 2,5 acres beautfiully landscaped property, at the back of the very safe and quiet neighbourhood known as "Miss Winny Town", in the Cocles area, 2 miles south of Puerto Viejo de Talamanca. The property is bordered by the jungle and a few steps away from some of the most impressive pristine tropical beaches of the Costa Rica south Caribbean coast. Within walking distance also from several grocery stores and restaurants, the Cocles area offers a laid back, inbetween jungle and beach lifestyle, ideal for families or nature lovers, willing to relax and enjoy the pleasures of tropical living.
The house is fully equipped: including drinking city water, fridge, gas stove with oven and other appliances, pots, pans dishes, silverware... All matresses are orthopaedic, beddings and bath towels are supplied and changed on a regular basis. The amenities include sat TV, phone and ADSL internet access.
Rental rates include taxes, daily cleaning service, phone, sat TV. Adsl internet access direct in the house is optional.
