Overview

The cottage is set in 2,550 sq.m. of garden, with a river, fruit trees and a huge variety of birds, butterflies and other wildlife - toucans, blue morpho butterflies, sloths and otters have all visited.Downstairs finds a queen-size bedroom, kitchen and open plan living area, with hammocks and a soaring thatched cathedral ceiling. A king-size bedroom is upstairs. A covered walkway leads to the bathroom, in the Talamanca tradition.The village of Cocles features several excellent restaurants, a very well-stocked grocery store, and an internet cafe just across the bridge. The nightlife of Puerto Viejo is just 3 km. away.There are 2 other cottages on the property occupied by long-term residents, who will happily give advice on things to do. Silvia, our property manager, is available to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
