Overview

Villa Olivia is a deluxe vacation home located on 2 miles of honey-colored sand beach of Playa Grande. The mediteranean style architecture of this Costa Rica beach house emphasizes open spaces, large verandas and easy access to the beach. Furnishings and decor are contemporary and comfortable, many custom-made from local hardwoods. Tropical gardens, banana, papaya and coconut trees create an intimate atmosphere.

The main house consists of 4 air conditioned bedrooms each with a private bathroom, mini-refrigerator, and safety box. Two rooms each have a queen bed and the other two rooms have two twin beds.

Also available to rent is the attached penthouse studio that offers a queen and double bed, private bath, and equipped with a kitchen. It features a spacious deck with a rancho and wet bar.

This beachfront vacation villa is ideal for families and large groups, and along with our other villa, Casa Mirage (6 bed/5 bath), we can accommodate a group up to 26 guests.

Our Costa Rican manager can help you arrange for a private cook, vehicle rental, airport pick-up, and set-up activities and excursions.
