Overview
Best location and ocean views. Just 2 miles outside of Dominical. Far enough away for peace and quiet yet a 5 min drive to restaurants/bars/shops/spa/tours. 5 min WALK to the beach, it's 75 yards feet down and across the street.
House is very secure. Romantic design and furnishings. Master has ocean view, king bed, private bath, A/C, Satellite TV, phone jack and balcony leading to pool patio, yard and up to main balcony.
Furnished ocean view living room with large screen TV w/ satellite, retractable glass doors to a large balcony the width of the room leading to the small 'plunge' or dipping pool.
Fully appointed kitchen. Stainless steel fridge (water purifier and ice maker) and oven. Microwave, coffe maker, pots pans, everything.
Second bedroom has 2 double beds and ocean view balcony.
2 car covered carport. Maid service. Fenced in yard for kids/dogs. Washer/Dryer
