This four year old two bedroom condo is on the terrace level of the Bougainviella condominiums within the Reserva Conchal at Playa Conchal in the Guanacaste area on the Pacific Coast. The third tee of a Robert Trent Jones II golf course is just outside along with howling monkeys and multi-colored birds. This spacious unit includes a King Master Suite, a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a Queen sleeper sofa. The Terrace level condominium is furnished with fun in mind.
