Location & area

This one of a kind Costa Rica Vacation Rental is nested in a very safe and private community(Playa San Martin). From the 3rd level perch you will notice a beautiful cove. There is a hammock and Jacuzzi on the balcony, where you can listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean and enjoy the spectacular views. Often In the backyard we've seen and heard a family of Howler Monkeys. Also seen from the house are; sloths, sometimes a whale or two, (toucans) exotic birds, butterflies and all other varieties of Costa Rica's bio-diversity.

Just south of us is the town of Uvita which has excellent swimming and surf conditions. There are also many beaches between Dominical and Uvita. The closest one only a short walk from the house. The entire 30 mile stretch from Dominical to Quepos continous sandy beach, as seen on the Costa Rica

The Dominical area actually is, Costa Rica at it's best! There are miles of sandy shoreline and primary rainforest to explore, and lots of activities to plan in the area.
