The house is located on Lake Arenal, between Arenal and Tilran in Guanacaste.The property is gated, 26 miles from Tobacon Hot Springs, and Arneal Volcano. The lake is clean, you can swim, fish, or boat. The property is very private, has the rain forest on one side, and lawn has fruit trees on it.

Located 6 miles from Arenal and 8 miles from Tilran. The house is on the side of a mountain, appox. half way up. At the botton of the mountain is a small town not on the map called Rio Piedras. It is less then a mile from the hotel called Rock City where a lot of wind surfers stay.
