Overview

Decked Out House's "Main House" section hosts 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are masters, including the 540 sq ft Palm Suite with bar/kitchenette. A 4th story child's loft offers a secret mini-door to the look-out deck. If you need an additional bedroom, the 1st floor has a a spacious studio suite with 5th bath and an additional bedroom with patio. (See listing for Decked Out Apartment)

Luxurious features include fine mahogany paneled walls, beamed high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen of mahogany cabinets and granite counter tops tops, and inlaid marble floor mosaics. Yet, it is also a relaxing atmosphere that is welcoming to children and adults alike. It even offers board and children�s games, poker chips, cards, bikes, canoe, and swimming spot.

The home, conveniently located on the northern edge of the village, is just steps to the beach, eating establishments, and shops. There is no need for expensive car rental or frequent taxis as everything needed for a terrific vacation is quite close by.


Enjoy cool sea breezes and spectacular lagoon, mountain, village, and ocean views while relaxing on one of the Decked Out House's many decks or its dock. It is uniquely located in the Placencia village on a narrow a one-lot wide Caribbean lagoon very wide marina that is great for swimming. The home is bordered by waterfront on both its north and south sides.



The rates listed are for the Main 4 bedroom house section of this Vacation Rental House and include: 3 master bedrooms, bonus/sleeping room, children's loft, 2 kitchens and large common area.

Posted rate in this listing is for 4 bedrooms and 4 persons. Each additional adult is only $100/wk. Rates are plus 9% tax and 3% service fee. For additional 5th bedroom , a studio add $250.
