Overview

Situated on the Belize River near the Capitol City Belmopan, Banana Bank is surrounded by lush rainforest. Horses roam freely through the open pastures while two adorable spider monkeys swing in the trees. Many ancient Maya artefacts have been found on the property and are displayed in the gallery along with the artwork of Carolyn Carr. With 4,000 acres of land, half being primary jungle, the nature and beauty of Belize is right here in the trails and grounds of Banana Bank.
