Overview
'Sweet Nest' is the romantic one-bedroom cottage located inside property's gates at 'Hibiscus Heights'. All one-level and readily accessible with drive-up-to-the-door parking - making unpacking less of a chore and getting around so much easier. Snuggled in its own mini banana plantation, 'Sweet Nest' has a large private deck with a gas-grill and all the essentials for al fresco dining and safe nightly entertainment. 'Sweet Nest' is its own little world, one big room (except for the bathroom) where guests can cook, eat and sleep in silent air-conditioned comfort whenever they feel they need to. Portable and overhead fans also provided for those more 'open' times when it's nice to simply sit and inhale the outdoor fragrances of the Caribbean. Furnished, decorated & equipped to the same high standard as the 2 apartments in the adjacent main house, this cottage would make an ideal getaway for two.

Location & area
'Hibiscus Heights' is a 1-minute walk away from Pleasant Prospect, a friendly fishing village with an ATM cash machine, a small but useful mini-mart, and a few very tasty local and fine-dining restaurants - the kind of establishments it's always nice to be close to on a self-catering holiday.
Pleasant Prospect is located between Mt. Irvine and Black Rock, within a 20 minute (walking) radius of 5 of the nicest beaches along the Caribbean north coast. Away from the crowds of the lower lying tourist districts like Crown Point and the Store Bay area, these beaches are much quieter and largely free from any sort of commercialisation.
Grafton Beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The Shirvan Rd. which runs along the lower part of the Caribbean north coast Rd. has become home to 1/2 dozen of Tobago's most popular restaurants. All are within a 5 - 10 min. drive of Pleasant Prospect. Recreational activities nearby this holiday home/vacation rental : cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
