Overview
Tranquillity is a spacious three bedroomed, two bathroomed family home which occupies the complete upper floor of the Villa.
The large living room has a dining area and there is a veranda extending around the front and side of the house.
There is a swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the back garden.
The Villa is ideally situated on the Bon-Accord estate, a haven for wildlife and bird life and also close to two beautiful beaches - one being the famous Pigeon Point. Shops restaurants and a lively night spot are within walking distance.
