Overview

H Ceas Villa may be rented as a one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom or four-bedroom apartment. When all four apartments are not rented, two rooms may be rented as studio rooms. Each room has its own bathroom. The villa comes with a full-size kitchen, including full-size stove with ceramic top and oven; large refrigerator with icemaker; microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and hot and cold water; bathroom comes with ceramic tiles, hot and cold water, wash basin, toilet, and bathtub.



Also included is a living room and a dining room with television. Utility room comes with full-size electric clothes washer and dryer, hot and cold water. There is a clothes line in the yard. At the front of the house is a huge porch with table and chairs, and a garden.
