Overview

On entering the property there is a spectacularly spacious indoor living space which includes an elegant, finely furnished salon and dining area and a superb kitchen with enough top of the line appliances to satisfy the most demanding of gourmet chefs.
More living areas are created by the verandah that runs the full length of the property.



There are six delightful bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and wooden slatted french doors that open out onto the verhandah. There are beautiful views of the sea from the bedrooms. Four double bedrooms with kingsize beds and two twin bedrooms and all the bedrooms have air conditioning.



Wonderful al fresco seating areas with exceptional ocean views from the columned verandah running the full length of the house.



There is an expansive terrace with gazebo dining area and a fully equipped barbecue area, which makes this perfect for outdoor entertaining. Lovely large pool (12 x 6 metres) only a few steps from the beach and ocean.

Only a few minutes drive from the delightfully characterful and bustling town and port of Marigot, this villa is situated in an exclusive residential area known as Terres Basses.
