Our 2 Condos are located On Orient Beach (regularly voted the best beach in the Caribbean) with swimming pool & tennis on site.
Studios are located in the prestigious Mont Vernon hotel,It offers the perfect environment for a great active and relaxing vacation and a spectacular view of the beach, St Barth, Tintamarre and Pinel island.
Mont Vernon area is a gated community with 24h security . The condos are a mile from Grand Case which is the French gourmet capital of the Caribbean!
ALL the furnitures & decorations will be new. We are waiting for a container from Indonesia! Fabulous views of Orient Beach, St Barth, Green Cay & Tintamarre Islands.
Lots of beach restaurants nearby, my Daughters Orient beach restaurant the "Kokomarina" My Son's restaurant "The Rancho Del Sol" At Orient Bay.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
