This spacious two bedroom st.lucian townhouse layout is perfect for a family villa vacations. The two bedroom penthouse with plunge pool comes with a full kitchen area with utensils and modern facilities and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Its living room area spreads out onto the patio area which is perfect for outside dinning. This vacation villa townhouse has two bedrooms where one is located downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. The main upstairs bedroom boasts a size of 11 x 20 feet and is more than enough for a family who love lots of space. The small plunge pool serves as an ideal cool off for the family but there is a large pool on property for swimming in. Both bedrooms are air conditioned with king size beds.

The two bedroom penthouse in st.lucia is located in the flower garden area which can be accessed via a small gate near the plunge pool area, a garden area that is perfect and safe for children to play.
