Overview

Built on three levels, this St.Lucia villa is light, cool and airy. The kitchen, and open-plan dining and sitting rooms on the main floor all have doors which open on to the wide verandah, which extends down the length of the villa to a super large pavilion - ideal for barbecues and al fresco dining with a back drop of a panorama of St Lucia.


Steps lead from the verandah to the pool deck. Two bedroom suites are on this level with their own patios, on either side of the beautiful 45` long Roman-style pool. A gazebo provides shade with a bar and refrigerator for poolside drinks.


On the upstairs floor the two spacious main bedrooms each have typical Caribbean `pickled` timber cathedral ceilings (similar to the lower rooms) with 4 poster beds, bathrooms with bath and shower, walk-in dressing rooms and terraces.


All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and mosquito nets, and each has its own safe and hairdryer.


For your use the house is fitted with cable television, with DVD and CD player, telephone and internet access. The large kitchen is well fitted with modern appliances and tools.


Outside there is ample parking for several cars and a car port. The garden is already well established and full of Caribbean colour with both flowers and fruit.


Just 5 minutes away from the Rodney Bay Marina with its shops and yachting facilities, Zephyr Hill has everything for your family and friends.
