Full kitchen, a/c unit on bedroom and ceiling fans on living room and dining areas. Washer and dryer combo. Full size futon in living room and loft. Premium satellite TV with DVD player, Stereo with CD player and high speed wireless internet service. Nice and breezy with eight side by side ten foot high colonial doors in living and dining room. Beautiful mezzanine with full size futon. Maximum occupancy of four adults or two adults and four children if able to accommodate two children in each futon.
