Overview

Old colonial building in beautifully restored Old San Juan. Safe and quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to forts, museums, dining, shopping, nightlife. Both apartments have one bedroom with air conditioning,full size futon and ceiling fan in living room. Basic kitchen, wireless internet, Directv, a parking space. We provide linen,towels and beach towels.

Maria, our landlady was very helpful. The apartment was located 1/2 block from the tourist trolley. All Old San Juan was walkable from the apartment.
Rooms were clean. Cooking hot plate, refrig. micro-wave and cooking ware. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans. Tall ceilings so we didn't use the air conditioning.
Maria was helpful in getting us information for taxi service, and other needs we had. my husband lost some credit cards and she helped us with taking care of the police forms. highly recommended for the price due to location.
