This Jamaican Treasures Villa is a wonderful waterfront Jamaican rental luxury villa. Casual elegance best describes Lime Tree villa. Decorated in bamboo furniture and white Lime Tree welcomes you to the tropics. The main house has two air conditioned bedrooms with two bathrooms on the ground floor, both of which open onto the covered veranda. There is also a comfortable living room with cable TV, DVD and a CD player.



French doors open onto the spacious covered veranda with outdoor dining overlooking the freshwater pool. At the end of the pool is the pool house with fireplace for those chilly evenings that come even in the tropics. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with its own private veranda and under the eaves is the children’s room with twin beds.



Adjacent to the house is a large private cottage, built in 2003 as a second master suite. A separate bedroom with its own bathroom and veranda. The views are to the sea and garden. The 3 twin beds or king bedroom + one twin, opens to a large private terrace. The bathroom has a large walk in shower. The cottage has air conditioning and ceiling fans.



Below the swimming pool a flight of stairs takes you the grotto. A pleasant place to hide out and have an evening drink and enjoy sea breezes. Another flight of stairs takes you down to the jetty with access to the sea. As the house is situated on a small cliff families with children under the age of 6 will be required to hire a nanny. There are also pet dogs at the villa.

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom on second floor, king bed, large terrace, ocean views.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and single bed, looks to front garden and side.

Bedroom 3: Ground Floor with French doors to ground floor terrace. Queen bed and single bed. Bath with shower and tub, air-conditioning and ceiling fan.
