This beautiful residence is located in the hills of Ocho Rios, one of the most lively towns in the island of Jamaica. The condominium is nestled in the very last phase of the development and is very well designed; with breathtaking views …..

The condominium consists of two elegant bedrooms with en-suite living room and a well furnished kitchen. The furniture is elegant and the rooms are light and airy. From the rooms and balcony (where you can sit back and relax or have your breakfast to begin your day), you will enjoy breathtaking views of the town and the blue sea bay. The surrounding areas of the property are very peaceful and quiet.

While staying at Columbus Heights you will be looked after by your own appointed full-time member of staff who will ensure that your stay is an unforgettable one - enjoy delightful home cooked Jamaican cuisine followed by cocktails at the pool.
The maid service is included in the rental fee and the services offered by the staff are: cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, baby-sitting, and if it's needed she can help with booking tours.
The condominium has a large pool and a deck where you can sunbathe at your leisure.

Location & area

The residence is very near to many different attractions located in Ocho Rios: just 5 minutes from Dunn's River Falls, the most impressive Falls of Jamaica, 4 minutes from Dolphin Cove, a very nice water park suitable for younger and elderly patrons, and 4 minutes from Mystic Mountain, for those wanting an adventurous excursion.

Should you wish to enjoy an evening out, the town centre is close by where you can dance the night away at Margaritaville, owned by the famous singer/songwriter Jimmy Buffet....or at the Amnesia discotheque. You may also play at the casino or drink cocktails at the Hard Rock Cafe.

Ocho Rios has a good variety of restaurants. If you wish to eat Italian food there are two highly recommended restaurants; Evita's or Toscanini. For Jamaican dishes you can go to Mama Marley's Restaurant, Scotches Jerk Restaurant or Beep Beep Bips.

There are many souvenir and gift shops, such as Island Village Shopping and Entertainment Centre which was built by Chris Blackwell - the founder of Island Records, who was responsible for popularising reggae music and Bob Marley. The shopping centre also houses the Reggae & Ska Explosion Museum.

Ocho Rios also has some of the most beautiful beaches in Jamaica: Reggae Beach and James Bond Beach.
