Although this apartment is not class as sea view, the sea can be seen from the patio and is near to the rock pools and tennis court.The Resort welcomes singles, families and couples and features two white sandy beaches, three rock pools, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, activities centre for children, as well a nightclub, and a variety of water sport. There may be a cost for some of the water sports. A gift and convenience shop and a beauty salon is also on site. A Bureau DE change is available at the reception and information on tours is available at the tour desk in the front lobby.Tours can also be arranged through local trusted taxi drivers.

There are three restaurants on site and meal vouchers can be purchase at the reception. Cash, cheques or credit cards are not accepted in the restaurants due to this being an inclusive resort.

Point Village has a number of privately owned condominiums in the Resort and has the added benefit of 24 hours security at the entrance as well as patrolling the resort.The resort sits at the end of Negril’s seven-mile beach in a very picturesque setting which is further enhance by it's a village like atmosphere.

Point Village Resort is located in Negril in the parish of Hanover, which is bordering Westmoreland. It is 90 minutes ride from Donald Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay. There are shuttles to and from the airport at about $20-25 USD per person but booking in advance is required. Taxis are also available but are more expensive. Point village is in traveling distance to all local amenities such as restaurants,shopping centres,hair dressers,clubs and children play centre.

The Resort features two white sandy beaches, three unique rock pools which offers a quiet retreat from the main beaches.There are a number of interesting grottoes for exploring and snorkeling. For those who enjoy freshwater swimming there is a swimming pool and the use of a Jacuzzi, tennis court, activities centre for children, a nightclub, and a variety of water sport. There is a cost for the use of some water sports. A gift and convenience shop and a beauty salon is on site. There are Internet facilities on and off the resort, a duty free shop and also an ATM machine which is available in the main lobby. There is a main restaurant and two smaller restaurants, beach and indoor bar on site, meal and drinks vouchers can be purchase at the reception. Cash, cheques or credit cards are not accepted in the restaurants or bars. The condo itself has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and also a day bed,it can easily sleeps 3-4 people, either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 13.The condo comes with a kitchen with an electric cooker/oven and a fridge freezer for those who wish to prepare basic meals.There are laundry facilities both in and off the resort. House keeping is available but at an additional cost. All daily/weekly rates are subject to changes. Discount may be considered for 14 days or more Fifty per cent deposit is required to secure accommodation.
