Overview

Our simply cozy cottage on the West End of Negril offers privacy, rustic comfort and natural beauty. Situated atop ancient coral and on an acre of an expanding tropical garden, the cottage offers an alluring view of the azure waters of the Caribbean. You are welcome to stay at the cottage to experience and enjoy a non-commercial lodging in Negril.

Included are the following amenities:

• Fully equipped efficiency kitchen with refrigerator and stove
• Full bed with mosquito net and electric fan
• Writing desk and chair
• Sheets and towels
• Unique enclosed outdoor shower of ancient coral (mined from the property) exclusively for our cottage guests; indoor bathroom
• Hot (most of the time) and cold water
• Screened all-round louvered windows and door
• Verandah with view of the Caribbean sea with sunsets and cool evening sea breezes; includes small table and chairs
• Watchful caretaker on premises
• Private driveway and gated parking for vehicle(s)
• 5 minute walk to West End Road and local taxis ($1 USD to town, Negril 7 mile beaches, Rick’s Café, etc.)
• 2 bicycles with baskets available for local travel
• Laundry room for wash

There are areas being enhanced to include a small nature path, an organic vegetable garden, tropical fruit orchard and meditation garden. Additional creative space for various arts is under design. We thank you for your interest.

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
