Overview
Very pretty and luxurious shorefront holiday rental villa in Grenada with private 27ft swimming pool, whirlpool, and is the perfect vacation spot for a family holiday on one of the least spoiled islands in the Caribbean. This Waterside villa rental in Grenada with luxury living areas and outdoor facilities and accommodation for 6 people in three air-conditioned bedrooms. Newly built in 2002, this Villa is exquisitely furnished with English pine and rattan furniture and tastefully decorated with bright Caribbean colours. Two sets of French windows lead from the very comfortable and beautifully furnished living room to the terrace, the focal point of the house, which retains shade throughout the day and has ample seating.
The house has three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two with king size iron four-poster beds complete with mosquito nets and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The master bedroom has French windows which open onto a terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens leading down to the water’s edge. You can lie in bed and look out on the sea!
The adjoining master bathroom leads out to the gazebo with its double whirlpool bath. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom and there is a further shower room and toilet off the kitchen, plus a guest cloakroom.
The large and fully equipped luxury kitchen leads into the dining room, with seating for eight people and a panoramic bow window overlooking the pool and sun deck
The sun deck surrounding the pool has 4 stylish ‘steamer’ sun beds and two reclining chairs, all made of wood. Large pots with palms and tropical plants complete the scene of Caribbean luxury around the pool.

This Luxury family holiday villa is right on the waterfront in a peaceful bay in the Coral Cove area of L’Anse aux Epines, the secluded residential area on the southernmost tip of Grenada. Accessed from a quiet cul de sac, this luxury villa is in an inspired and tranquil setting, with all the ingredients for a very special and luxurious Caribbean holiday in the sun. L’Anse aux Epines beach is just a couple of minutes away, Grand Anse less than 10 minutes drive. The swimming pool is set right outside the living room, is large (27ft by 15ft) and freeform in shape. There is no beach at the villa, but it is possible to swim in the bay, which is well protected from the open sea by land and by a reef at the mouth of the inlet. A jetty reaches out from the villa into the bay, from which you can swim to the reef.
There is a small stretch of sand just a short walk from the Villa, very natural but barely used, but the closest recognised beach is L’Anse aux Epines, which is at the head of Prickly Bay. It is not far to drive to Grand Anse or one of the beaches along the Point Salines peninsular.
St George’s, the capital of Grenada, is about fifteen minutes drive away. It is the prettiest harbour town in the Caribbean and well worth a visit. There are a few restaurants within a short drive, on the road that leads into the L’Anse aux Epines area. Try the Gary Rhodes restaurant at the Calabash and the Red Crab.

Dual voltage 220/110v throughout the villa. You will be met at the airport and taken to the villa, a 10 minute trip.
Theresa, the housekeeper, comes in on weekdays, plus Saturdays if requested. She will cook a complimentary meal on the evening of your arrival and can also cook at other times on request, (for additional gratuity to Theresa). Babysitting is available at a nominal additional cost. A travel cot for an infant is available if needed. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost

- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
