Overview
Three bedroom Luxury holiday villa rental in Grenada with large patio of lovely coral stone tile with a large pool. Alfresco dining table that seats 6, comfortable lounge chairs with a small cocktail table and six sun loungers
The terrace has both sunny and shaded areas and also outdoor speakers to enjoy music from the sound system. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with a colourful profusion of tropical flowering plants, shrubs and trees. There is also a flat, grassy area for children to play
Beautifully finished and furnished, this exceptional vacation villa is comprehensively equipped in every respect and is one of the most comfortable holiday homes at its rate in Grenada. The result is a dream holiday home for between two and six guests.
A kitchen for gourmet cooking as the kitchen is comprehensively equipped and fitted, including a large gas range/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker and dishwasher. There is also a large gas barbecue grill outside.
Designed to enjoy the very best of outdoor tropical-style living with large terrace areas (both sunny and shaded), the villa has a large pool, beautiful tropical gardens surrounding the house and breath-taking views of the ocean, bay and mountains. The design is elegantly Caribbean. Open to the breeze with fine-looking furniture, art and décor. Louvred ventilation throughout the house allows the prevailing breeze to cool the house
Two master bedrooms, each with a king bed and French doors opening on to a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. These two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house for privacy. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans and air conditioning
On the lower level of the house there is a den and small office, with a desk and high speed internet connection, a day bed and cloakroom. Also a laundry room with washer and dryer
The open-plan ground floor includes living and dining areas and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Three pairs of wide French doors open on to the pool deck and terrace, with outside alfresco dining area and barbecue. The living area is beautifully furnished with teak, mahogany and rattan furniture and decorated with tropical plants and paintings by local artists. The dining table seats 8.
Equipment includes cable TV, DVD player and a sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers and a CD player and MP3 hook up. There is also a second TV is in one of the two master bedrooms upstairs, with a PlayStation 2 DVD/CD player

A handsome and superbly finished holiday villa an outstanding vacation rental in Grenada. The villa is set in landscaped gardens and located on the residential peninsula of Fort Jeudy. This villa has stunning ocean and coast views and benefits from the best of the trade breezes. Beautifully finished and furnished. Within a 5 minute walk of the Villa is a small, secluded and little used beach in a calm and sheltered bay. Some 15 - 20 minutes from the principal shopping area of Grand Anse and within convenient reach of every amenity, including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, dive shops, banks, pharmacies etc and, of course, spectacular Grand Anse Beach. The picturesque capital town of St George’s is about 15 minutes’ drive.

Amenities & services
Services include housekeeping three mornings a week, pool servicing and gardening. Beverly is the housekeeper and in addition to housekeeping, Beverly will also do your personal laundry, if required. She is also available to baby sit and cook for an additional fee. * All mattresses and pillows are enclosed in allergy-proof protective covers. The beds have high-comfort mattresses and linens are luxury hotel quality. * There are games, cards, pool toys, and a book collection for all ages. The owner’s CD collection is available for use, with a wide variety of music, including Caribbean. Or bring your iPod for use with the sound system. * Beach mats, towels, and a beach bag make trips to the beach easy. * The pool is a saline pool, with naturally generated chlorine, a much more pleasant alternative to the normal chlorine pool. * The villa has an assortment of baby and toddler amenities, such as a baby tub, bouncy seat and jumping seat. A crib and high chair is also available. One bathroom has a tub for ease with bathing children. * The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, food processor, electric kettle and blender. * In addition to a full size washer and dryer, there is an iron and ironing board. * Hibiscus is wired throughout with both 220v and 110v.
