The main villa has just gone through a complete $240,000 USD renovation to make your stay with us even more enjoyable with all new furnishings, floors, decor, and entertainment equipment. The villa consists of 3 junior
suite private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a small living area and 1 additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has remote controlled air conditioning, cable satellite TV, safe deposit box, large
windows overlooking the grounds/pool/tropical vegetation, C/D AM/FM radio player, high speed Wi-Fi internet, marble floors, and complete privacy.
The common grounds of the main villa include a large private deep end pool, BBQ grill, kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, living room, bar area, entertainment area with a new 62 inch LCD TV, dining area, and parking space for up to 4 vehicles. All in an enclosed private estate surrounded by 10ft walls.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
